I am a Ph.D. student in the Computer Science Department at the Gina Cody School of Engineering, Concordia University, under the supervision of Prof. Essam Mansour. Currently in my 4th year, my research focuses on graph machine learning, knowledge graph (KG) predictive query answering, and applications of graph-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). I hold a Master’s degree from Cairo University in bigdata indexing and querying. During my studies, I have engaged in various research endeavors, including a six-month research training program in 2019 at the D3A Group, KIT-SCC in Germany, focusing on big data distributed processing. In 2022, I completed a 12-month internship at QoHash, Montreal, where I developed a sensitivity ranking model for graph-based financial documents hosted in Neo4j DB using Graph Neural Networks (GNNs). My research interests include graph machine learning, knowledge graph datasets, and graph-RAG models. I am particularly experienced with LLM-Graph-RAG models, Graph Neural Networks, and Knowledge Graphs, with the ultimate goal of developing fast, reliable, and accurate Graph ML systems.
